Hi all, this website is all about my experience using Gspay.
Gspay scams is about they do not return my holdbacks, this is totally unacceptable with whatever reason.
From 2010, i began to use GSpay as my websites payment solution. Take a look at my GSpay account.

As you can see, these websites are selling courtfeit goods and fake products from China, jerseys, ugg boots.
GSpay do not ask for account open fee, this is the reason i chose it. At that time, some of other payment solutions are asking 7000RMB or more.
GSpay support courtfeit products in 2010 and 2011.
But GSpay's merchant rate is very high and unreasonable.
GSpay is asking 9% of order amount as processing fee, and 1 dollar transaction fee, 1 dollar refund fee, $35 chargeback fee, $40 wire transfer fee; All these fees are not returned when refund happens.
Meanwhile Paypal asks 4.1% processing fee, not refund fee and they give processing fee back when you refund, $35 wire transfer fee.
My orders sum is about 40,000 bucks, so GSPay take 8,000 from me! What do you think about this?!
The following is my payout history, 80% of my order sum is what i get!
When refund happens, processing fee, transaction fee are not returned at all, meanwhile you are charge another 1 dollar by GSpay. Take a look at this image:
When charge back happends, processing fee, transaction fee are not returned at all, meanwhile you are charged another $35 dollars by GSpay. Take a look:
When there are a lot of refund or chargebacks, you are punished by GSpay, $100, hell, nothing worse could happen!
And this is unacceptable, cause this month there's no transaction, one chargeback, then they punish you because you exceed the 2% rate of chargeback!
Sometimes, GSpay does not work at all, it treats all transactions as frauds, i ran into this twice.
When you contact them, they would say everything is good! Damn!
In 2011 i stopped using GSpay and closed my account, as GSpays holdback policy you can see from following image, they should transfer holdback on Jan 25th, 2012 to me.
But they lied to me that their bank changed the holdback period from 180 days to 360 days.
Even with the new policy, they should send the holdback to me on Jan 18th 2012, cause the last holdback is on Dec 15th 2010.Look at what they told me:
All right, they did not send me the money after 25th Jan, 2012. Why this happened? I heared about Gspay scams before and there are some websites about gspay scams in Chinese language.
I'm absolutely worried, contacted them again, now this is what i get: bank bankcrupt. Shit!
But bankcrupt of their processing bank should not be the reason they do not pay me my holdback, my money.
If Gspay do not plan to give me back the holdbacks, why they held of some many emails and days? They are fooling me!
